Ever wanted to learn how to fly fish, but feeling unsure of where to get started? Join Lake Pueblo State Park and local fly fishing club the Pueblo Tailwater Renegades for this free introduction to fly fishing. This clinic will focus on the basics, with an emphasis on how to cast. Participants will meet at the Visitor Center Auditorium before moving to the Rock Canyon area of the park for the outdoor skills portion of the clinic. All fishing equipment will be provided. We recommend coming dressed in weather appropriate clothes, and bringing sunscreen, a hat, and water. This fly fishing workshop is free, however, all participants will need a valid State Parks Pass for entry to the park.
