Children 7-12 years old with a parent or guardian are invited to become Junior Park Rangers by participating in a program that focuses on bird identification and how to use binoculars. In the eyesight challenge you will compare your vision to a bird’s vision. After some tips on bird identification, take a naturalist-led hike to locate and identify photos of birds posted along the trail. Meets at Camper Services. This event is free, but a valid park pass is required on every vehicle that enters the park. If you do not have an annual pass, you can purchase a daily pass for $10 at the Visitor Center.
