Join Eldorado Canyon State Park as we host an educational booth during the City of Lafayette's Earth Day Everyday event. We will share the LNT principle of disposing of waste properly as we discuss the importance of bagging and disposing of dog waste. We will have a fun educational component at our booth and free giveaways. We expect to see lots of folks and have a great time! When: April 26th 10:00 am until 2:00 pm Where: Bob L Burger Recreation Center 111 W Baseline Rd, Lafayette, CO 80026 The city of Lafayette invites residents to enjoy the outdoors and learn how to help protect the Earth, fight climate change, and create a more sustainable Lafayette. This family-friendly event will have various opportunities for all ages to enjoy. At Earth Day, Every Day you'll experience: Shopping at a Sustainable Makers Market Tours of our Outdoor Classroom with an interactive app Jeff and Paige Science and Nature-Themed Kids Concert Storytime with Lafayette Library Live Wild Animal Programs Take a ride on an energy bike and make yourself a slushie Learn from electric vehicle owners Raffles and prizes Scavenger hunts Food trucks Over 40 eco-exhibitors and more!
