Habitat Project

Our garden at Cheyenne Mountain State Park needs a lot of love! With all the rain we've had, the weeds are taking over. Join us to help beautify the space, pull weeds, and give the plants a better chance of thriving! Pat Cooper, volunteer extraordinaire, will lead this project and give guidance on what stays and what goes. If time allows, we may also re-stain our pergola. Meet at the Visitor Center! No entrance fee is needed to volunteer. Just tell the staff that you're there to volunteer. Please bring water, sunscreen, snacks, and dress appropriate to the weather.
