Join Dr. Russel Graham for The Mammoths of Lamb Spring, Littleton, Colorado, and Their Environment. We are delighted to have Dr. Graham as the Guest Speaker for Mammoth Fest! Join us for a captivating discussion of what Dr. Graham learned during the excavation and preservation of the Lamb Spring site in Littleton Colorado where the bones of at least five Columbian Mammoths were discovered. One of the largest mammoths of its time, the Columbian mammoth stood up to 14 feet tall at the shoulder, 13 to 15 feet long, and weighed in at a massive 18,000 to 22,000 pounds! It also boasted enormous tusks up to 16 feet long.
