Mindful Birding/What Birds Eat Guided Hike

 08/15/2026  |  07:30 AM - 10:00 AM
  Lory State Park

Mindful Birding is for everyone. Slow down, relax in nature, observe birds, and learn from them. Through mindful observation, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for birds and the natural world. In this special workshop, we'll explore what birds eat and the important ecological roles they play in their habitats. This program will be held at the South Eltuck Event Facility, at a covered picnic pavilion. A short hike on a flat path, or a moderately strenuous hike up Well Gulch Trail, which includes some rocks and an incline, will follow the presentation.

Maximum Participants: 15
