Join us for Cherry Creek State Park's inaugural Lake Appreciation Day on July 11th, 2026! It is a community celebration dedicated to promoting environmental stewardship, water quality awareness, and safe recreation on and around Cherry Creek Reservoir. The day will begin with a community project from 8:00–11:00 a.m. followed by interactive educational booths and exhibits highlighting lake ecology, clean water, boating and water safety, and ways to help protect this treasured resource for future generations.
