Unwind and immerse in nature's joy and wonder through the wellness practice of Forest Bathing “shinrin yoku". Join nature therapy guide, Jane, for this mindful one mile wander to quiet the mind, awaken the senses and reduce stress. Also spend some time playing by creating short term, natural art. We will close with a forest tea. Bring water, a small backpack and rain gear. Recommended for ages 12 and up. Meet at the Visitor Center.
