Did you know owls get "hairballs?" About once a day, an owl spits up a ball of hair and bones--leftovers from their most recent meals--called an owl pellet! Together we will dissect these pellets and piece together what these night time predators had for dinner! We will begin with a presentation on owls and how pellets are formed. We will then move into the dissection portion of our program! All materials will be provided. Program is recommended for participants age 10+. Space is limited. Advanced registration is required. This program is free, but a valid park pass is required on every vehicle that enters the park.
