Education and Outreach - Seniors (ages 55 & up)
Calling all nature-loving adults 55 and up. Silver Rangers is a welcoming program designed to help you connect to the outdoors and each other through guided nature experiences and curiosity. Through a presentation and an examination of primary artifacts, participants will learn the history of Lory State Park and the surrounding areas. What to expect: - Sit-down classroom with intermissions for self-guided exploration - Artifacts from the park - Short walk around the historical homestead This is a free program with a Colorado State Parks Pass (KCW, Annual or Daily Pass). Registration is required.
