Education and Outreach - Adults (ages 18 & up)

Meet us at the Visitor Center for a meditative sunrise yoga session led by an experienced local yoga instructor. Flow through a series of movements aimed to awaken your spirit and connect you to the earth around you. Registration is open to ages 16 and up. Where: Lory State Park Visitor Center Patio What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, sun protection This is a free program with a State Parks Pass (KCW, Annual, or Daily)
