Guided Group Program - Adults (ages 18 & up)
Grab your binoculars and join Roxborough State Park Naturalist volunteers for a guided hike on one of the Parks "birdy" trails. Registration is REQUIRED prior to the event. Meet at the patio and hike a trail chosen that day.

I was a professional musician before retiring in 2018. I played the trumpet in the San Antonio Symphony (1975-1977) and in the Dallas Symphony (1977-2018) I've taught at the U of Illinois, Illinois Wesleyan, UT San Antonio, SMU, UC Boulder and the U of Michigan. I've been a life-long birder and while in Dallas, volunteered for the Museum of Natural History banding birds and cataloging bird specimens. My geology interest started the first time I walked into Roxborough State Park.
