Join our BearWise Education Team to help educate the public on best practices for humans to prevent attracting bears and what to do in the case of an encounter (haze when safe!). After you are trained, we will be attempting to reach a larger audience by offering a pop-up education table at the Bear Creek Nature Center on select Saturdays in summer 2026. The table will focus on best practices for humans to prevent attracting bears, what to do in the case of an encounter (haze when safe!), and offer other fun activities with bear related swag.
