Track Chair Program Volunteers
- Description:
Colorado Parks and Wildlife values the right of every visitor to experience our state's natural beauty. To provide this opportunity to all visitors, Steamboat Lake State Park offers the use of the a Track Chair, which allows visitors to explore designated areas of the Willow Creek Trail.
The chair allows access to a 2.2 mile, roundtrip, out-and-back hike that offers views of gorgeous park features including high grassy meadows, a wide variety of wildlife and wildflowers, a view of the Clara Henry Cabin, and a view of the Steamboat Lake Dam. The trail offers spectacular views of Hahn’s Peak, Little Mountain, Sand Mountains, Meaden Peak, and Diamond Peak.
- Time Commitment:
