Description:

River Watch is a statewide volunteer monitoring program that generates water quality data on rivers around the state and utilizes this high value data to educate individuals and inform decision makers about the condition of Colorado’s waters. Those who can participate include individual volunteers, teachers, school groups, and conservation organizations. Real People, Real Science, Real Purpose.

Time Commitment:

3-4 hours per month for at least one year

Volunteer Benefits:

The data River Watch volunteers collect directly impacts decisions to help maintain and restore rivers in the State of Colorado. Your time and data collection are critical and greatly appreciated.
