Pueblo Hatchery Assistance


Description:

Assist hatchery staff with a wide variety of projects.

These projects may include:

  • maintenance
  • cleaning raceways and tanks
  • feeding fish
  • stocking fish
  • grounds upkeep
  • equipment maintenance
  • and vegetation removal.

Projects and opportunities vary depending on the time of year.

Time Commitment:

Most projects require a minimum time commitment of 2 hours.

Volunteer Benefits:

Learn about hatchery operations. Gain experience working at a hatchery. Great opportunity to give back and be a part of enhancing and conserving Colorado's fisheries. Work with staff who are passionate about wildlife.
