Gate Attendant Volunteer

Description:

Hello! Come volunteer at our entrance gate and connect with (almost) all visitors that enter the park. One of the most important people at our park is the entrance station staff! You are the "front lines" of the park and you will share information about the area, the park, and the wonderful activities to do at the park. 

You will sell passes, give out maps, give friendly waves to our regular visitors that stop by! 

Time Commitment:

Gate shifts are usually 5-8 hours long. If you can provide more on a regular basis, that would be great! We do sometimes call our volunteers to fill in a part of the shift/ or the whole shift if other staff is not available to work (illness, etc.)

Volunteer Benefits:

Volunteer at least 48 hours with CPW/ Boyd Lake and you receive a free park pass!
