Campground Host
- Description:
Cherry Creek State Park offers 135 campsites, including basic, full-hookup, and group camping opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet campers
- Light maintenance
- Promote interpretive programs
- Clean grounds and facilities
- Mowing lawns and watering trees
- Clerical tasks
- Provide park information
- Other tasks as assigned
Elevation:
5403 feet
Description:
Pairs, individuals, families with children, and people who are still working/in their careers (e.g. working remotely) are welcome to apply. Hosts are permitted to have pets.
- Time Commitment:
32 hours per week per person or 32 hours for a pair of so 16 hours per person, April - October.
Minimum time commitment:
3 months
Desired time commitment:
4-5 months

Amenities:
In exchange for volunteer service, hosts receive a free, full hookup campsite in a beautiful location! Full hookup campsites include water, sewage, electric (30 amp) or electric (50 amp), Wi-Fi, computer and internet access (e.g. can use visitor center or office equipment), and Cell service
