If you're a volunteer and looking to get into fishing and angling outreach, this is the clinic for you. Even if you're an experienced angler, learn all the basics you need to know about teaching fishing in Colorado. You'll leave with all the knowledge you need to start catching bass, sunfish, trout, carp, and catfish, and to help with future fishing clinics given to the public. We will cover topics such as Colorado ecosystems, native and non-native aquatic species, fish handling, outdoor and angler ethics, outdoor safety and fishing safely, and knot tying for fishing. Training will be held in person at the SE Region Office Classroom located at 4255 Sinton Rd, Colorado Springs. The classroom is located on the backside of the building, look for the triple glass doors marked "Classroom" to enter.
