Description:

Eldorado Canyon is a hidden treasure right in Boulder’s backyard! Whether it’s hiking amidst the towering sandstone cliffs, picnicking along scenic South Boulder Creek, or climbing Eldo's sheer golden walls, Eldorado Canyon State Park truly has something for everyone. Discover this hidden jewel and take home memories that will last a lifetime.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell park passes
  • Answer visitor questions
  • Clean bathrooms and facilities
  • Other tasks as assigned

Elevation: 5800 feet

Positions are currently filled, but we are accepting waitlist applicants for the 2023 season! Pairs, individuals, families with children, and people who are still working/in their careers (e.g. working remotely) are welcome to apply (couples preferred). Hosts are permitted to have one small dog.

Time Commitment:

24 hours per week per person, April - September.

Minimum time commitment: 3 months

Desired time commitment: 6 months

Eldorado Canyon State Park is offering a unique opportunity to park your RV for a while and live in our historic 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in exchange for volunteering with us!
